Planning
- Face-to-face consultations, vendor meetings, and site visits
- Unlimited emails and phone support throughout the planning process
- A detailed wedding checklist with a schedule for meetings, tastings, orders and more
- A comprehensive wedding day timeline—from setup to breakdown—approved by the couple and shared with all vendors
- Final headcount coordination with vendors to confirm service requirements
Event design & style identification
- Style consultation to define the couple’s wedding aesthetic
- Creation of a personalized inspiration board reflecting the couple’s vision
- Collaborative refinement of the board to establish a clear visual direction for vendor meetings
Personalized budget creation
- Collaborate with the couple to define a clear and realistic wedding budget
- Manage and allocate funds efficiently across all planning categories
- Provide regular updates to keep the couple informed on overall spending
Venue selection
- Recommend venues that align with the couple’s style and budget
- Arrange and attend venue site visits
- Serve as the liaison between the venue and the couple
- Design a detailed seating plan and layout for both ceremony and reception
Vendor selection
- Suggest trusted vendors that suit the couple’s vision and budget
- Arrange and attend vendor consultations and meetings
Out of town guest services
- Coordinate hotel room block agreements for guests traveling from out of town
- Arrange group transportation to and from the venue as needed
Rehearsal services
- Organize and oversee the wedding rehearsal
- Provide the wedding party with a detailed itinerary, including key wedding day logistics (upon request)
Wedding day coordination
- Full coordination of the wedding day, including setup and breakdown
- One additional on-site assistant provided for weddings with up to 200 guests
- Supervise vendor setup for both the ceremony and reception spaces
- Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors—managing questions, approving deliveries, and resolving any issues that arise
- Set up personal décor, including: Card box; Toasting flutes; Special photos; Guest book; Unity candle; Place cards, table numbers, and seating chart
- Assist the couple and wedding party with any needs before the ceremony
- Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and other floral items
- Coordinate the wedding party to ensure everyone is lined up and ready for the ceremony
- Direct key reception moments: couple’s entrance, speeches, toasts, special dances, bouquet toss, garter toss and grand exit—ensuring everything follows the timeline
- Collect personal items and gifts, and ensure they are handed off to the designated person before the end of the nigh

Working with Martina was an absolute dream.
