About me
Who am I?

In 2001, I got my first job at the luxury 5✩✩✩✩✩ hotel Le Palais in Prague as a Reservation Assistant — and that’s where my love for the hospitality business, tourism, and events truly began.
In this beautiful historic hotel, I got my first real glimpse into what it means to care for high-end clientele while always smiling and being ready to help.
After some time, I moved to its sister property, Hotel Savoy near Prague Castle, where I began focusing fully on organizing events and handling group bookings.
I had the opportunity to manage a wide variety of events, from hosting the national football team and international sports clubs to political summits and concerts featuring international stars.
A few years later, I decided to improve my English, so I set off for a one-year stay in California — which turned into two amazing years. It was one of the best experiences of my student life, and my English reached a very high level.

Upon returning to Prague, I went back into hospitality — this time joining one of the most exclusive hotels in the city, the Radisson Blu Alcron. There, I gained valuable experience organizing mostly corporate events and training sessions. Major Czech and international corporations were regular guests, and I learned that even high-profile professionals are just people — and wonderful to work with.
Maternity leave took me away from the world of planning for a few years, but I came back stronger than ever, organizing weddings and events for stunning venues in Central Bohemia — especially the beautiful Chateau Ratměřice, which is simply made for romantic weddings. I learned how to plan both intimate ceremonies for 4 guests and joyful celebrations for 130 people down to the smallest detail.
Every wedding or event is truly unique, and I can promise you that I will bring my whole heart, all the experience I’ve gathered, and — most importantly — a healthy dose of humor and perspective into planning yours. Because without that, your event just wouldn’t be as fun.
With love
Martina
